Effective Date: May 24, 2026  |  Last Updated: May 24, 2026

These Terms govern the general use of the Shipping Store Consultants website. Paid, confidential, merchant-processing, bookkeeping, buyer, or seller services may require separate written agreements or authorizations.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and any related pages, online forms, scheduling links, downloads, articles, resources, communications, and online features operated by Office 11211 Corp, doing business as Shipping Store Consultants (“Shipping Store Consultants,” “SSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, submitting information through the website, scheduling a consultation, downloading materials, or otherwise interacting with our online resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use this website or submit information through it.

2. About Shipping Store Consultants

Our website may describe services relating to:

  • Retail shipping store operations and performance improvement.
  • Startup planning and store-opening guidance.
  • Profitability, workflow, pricing, packing margins, and operating-cost review.
  • Bookkeeping support and financial reporting organization.
  • CMRA and mailbox procedure support.
  • Merchant processing statement review and payment-processing options through SSCPay.
  • Buyer guidance, seller readiness, confidentiality, and potential transaction preparation.
  • Training, checklists, articles, educational materials, and industry resources.

Shipping Store Consultants is independently owned and operated. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not affiliated with, owned by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any carrier, postal authority, trade association, franchise organization, payment processor, software provider, marketplace, or other third party referenced on this website.

3. Website Information Is General Information Only

The content on this website is provided for general informational, educational, and marketing purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice; tax advice; certified public accounting, audit, or attestation services; investment or financing advice; a certified business appraisal or formal valuation; business brokerage representation; a guarantee of postal, carrier, CMRA, regulatory, or contractual compliance; or a guarantee of merchant-processing approval, savings, pricing, or account acceptance.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, financing, appraisal, real estate, contractual, or other professional matters applicable to your situation.

4. No Engagement Created Through Website Use

Your use of this website, submission of an inquiry, upload of a document, request for information, scheduling of a call, or participation in an initial discussion does not by itself create a consulting, bookkeeping, advisory, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, merchant-processing, or other professional relationship with Shipping Store Consultants.

A paid or confidential service engagement is created only when the applicable parties enter into a separate written agreement, engagement letter, service order, authorization, application, proposal, or other written confirmation accepted by Shipping Store Consultants.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, engagement, document review, application, buyer or seller request, or other proposed relationship in our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Separate Agreements for Paid or Specialized Services

Certain services described on this website require additional terms, authorizations, applications, confidentiality arrangements, payment provisions, or third-party approvals. These may include consulting packages, bookkeeping support, CMRA procedure support, SSCPay statement reviews or merchant applications, buyer due diligence assistance, seller-readiness or confidential transaction support, and document-upload or e-signature workflows.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a separate signed agreement governing a particular service, the separate signed agreement controls with respect to that service.

Descriptions of services, packages, pricing, availability, response times, deliverables, or benefits appearing on this website may change unless incorporated into a separate written agreement.

6. Consulting, Operational and Profitability Guidance

Shipping Store Consultants may provide educational information and consulting support regarding retail shipping store operations, staffing, workflow, pricing, margins, packing services, carrier expenses, mailbox income, technology, customer intake, marketing, training, reporting, or profitability.

Business performance depends on factors outside our control, including store location, competition, customer demand, owner decisions, lease terms, labor costs, vendor pricing, carrier policies, technology, regulatory requirements, and the accuracy of information supplied to us.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee increased sales, profits, cash flow, business value, reduced expenses, improved customer traffic, successful implementation of recommendations, or any specific return on investment or business result. You remain responsible for business decisions affecting your store.

7. Bookkeeping and Financial Information Services

Our website may describe bookkeeping support, reporting organization, profit-center visibility, financial-readiness review, merchant-cost review, or related financial information services designed for retail shipping store operators.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, Shipping Store Consultants does not provide certified public accounting, audit, assurance, tax preparation, tax representation, legal, investment, lending, or regulated financial advisory services.

Any reports, observations, summaries, or recommendations depend on the completeness and accuracy of information supplied by you or your authorized representatives. You remain responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing required returns, complying with tax obligations, and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

8. CMRA, Mailbox and Regulatory Guidance

Our website may provide information or support concerning Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (“CMRA”) operations, mailbox procedures, customer intake, documentation practices, staff training, Form 1583 workflows, recurring mailbox services, or related responsibilities.

Such information is intended as operational education and support. It is not a legal opinion, regulatory determination, official USPS instruction, postal authorization, or guarantee of compliance. Requirements and procedures may change, and store owners and operators remain responsible for confirming current requirements and maintaining required records.

Shipping Store Consultants is not the United States Postal Service, the United States Postal Inspection Service, or any governmental or regulatory authority. References to industry experience involving postal programs do not constitute government endorsement.

9. SSCPay and Merchant Processing Services

9.1 Statement Reviews

A merchant statement review may identify current fees, pricing structures, transaction activity, equipment charges, compliance charges, potential questions, or processing options based on the information available at the time of review. A statement review does not guarantee reduced fees, a suitable pricing model, account approval, equipment availability, any savings estimate, or continued savings.

9.2 Applications and Third-Party Providers

If you choose to apply for merchant processing or related payment services, your application may be submitted to or processed by one or more third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, underwriting providers, equipment providers, technology vendors, or program partners. Those parties may require separate agreements, disclosures, verification, underwriting, pricing approval, equipment terms, privacy terms, and compliance obligations.

Shipping Store Consultants is not responsible for a third party’s underwriting decision, processing agreement, pricing decision, funding hold, reserve requirement, chargeback determination, equipment performance, service interruption, compliance requirement, or account termination.

9.3 Compensation Disclosure

Shipping Store Consultants may receive compensation, referral fees, residual income, revenue share, commissions, or other economic benefit in connection with merchant-processing services, payment products, referred accounts, or related programs made available through SSCPay or program relationships.

You are encouraged to review proposed processing terms carefully, compare available options, and make your own informed business decision before entering into a processing agreement.

10. Buying or Selling a Retail Shipping Store

Our website may provide information, inquiries, forms, resources, or consultation opportunities for people interested in buying or selling a retail shipping store. Unless specifically agreed in a separate written agreement and permitted by applicable law, Shipping Store Consultants does not act as your attorney, accountant, lender, certified appraiser, real estate broker, securities broker, fiduciary, or guarantor of a transaction.

10.1 Seller Information

Seller discussions may involve confidential financial, operational, lease, staffing, customer, mailbox, equipment, vendor, or ownership information. Submission of seller information does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement, marketing to buyers, buyer qualification, a sale, or achievement of any value, asking price, or transaction structure.

10.2 Buyer Information

Buyer-related information or assistance is intended to help prospective buyers understand retail shipping business considerations. It is not a substitute for independent legal, tax, accounting, lease, financing, licensing, or due diligence review. Buyers remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering a transaction.

10.3 No Transaction Guarantee

Shipping Store Consultants does not guarantee the availability, condition, profitability, accuracy, financing, value, suitability, or successful transfer of any business opportunity discussed through this website or a subsequent engagement.

11. Confidential Information and Uploaded Documents

You may submit information through our website, linked forms, scheduling tools, approved upload processes, email communications, or other authorized channels. Confidential information may include merchant processing statements; profit-and-loss information; sales reports; bookkeeping records; seller or buyer inquiry information; store operational information; lease or vendor information; application documents; and other business-sensitive information.

11.1 Confidential Materials Are Not Public Submissions

Documents, statements, records, application materials, financial information, and other confidential business information submitted for consulting, bookkeeping, CMRA support, merchant-processing review, buyer assistance, seller assistance, or other requested services are not treated as public content or marketing submissions.

We may use confidential materials only as reasonably necessary to review or respond to your inquiry; evaluate or provide services you request; communicate with you; facilitate authorized applications, referrals, reviews, or next steps; operate and protect our services; comply with law or legal process; or enforce our rights and protect against fraud, misuse, security threats, or claims.

11.2 Your Responsibility When Submitting Information

You represent that you have the right and authority to provide any information or documents you submit and that doing so does not violate a legal, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, customer, vendor, processor, or third-party obligation.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete bank-account credentials, payment-card numbers, passwords, security codes, customer identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved secure process and necessary for an authorized service. For initial merchant-statement or record reviews, redact unnecessary sensitive information when reasonably possible.

11.3 No Absolute Security Guarantee

We take reasonable steps appropriate to our operations to protect submitted information, but no website, email system, cloud platform, upload tool, storage system, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Your submission of information is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.

12. Feedback, Testimonials and Content Submitted for Publication

You may voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, logos, case-study information, marketing materials, suggestions, or other content intended for publication or promotional use. This section applies only to content you knowingly provide for publication, promotional, testimonial, or marketing purposes. It does not apply to confidential materials described in Section 11.

By submitting content specifically for public or promotional use, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant Shipping Store Consultants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for clarity or formatting, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our website, marketing, presentations, social media, and business communications.

We will not publish a testimonial attributed to you or your organization without your authorization or another lawful basis for doing so.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, layouts, articles, training materials, checklists, downloadable resources, service descriptions, videos, designs, and other materials created or owned by Shipping Store Consultants, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print publicly available website materials solely for your own lawful informational or internal business use unless otherwise stated. You may not, without prior written permission, reproduce, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, scrape, systematically download, remove proprietary notices from, or represent our materials as your own, or use our branding in a manner suggesting endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

14. Permitted Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; interfere with website operation; upload malware or harmful code; impersonate another person or business; misrepresent authority; submit fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; harvest user information; or use automated tools to burden, copy, or commercially exploit the website without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access or decline to respond to submissions that violate these Terms or reasonably appear to involve misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or security concerns.

15. Scheduling, Forms and Electronic Communications

The website may allow you to complete forms, request information, upload documents, schedule consultations, send inquiries, receive emails, or communicate through third-party scheduling, form, document, payment, signature, or customer-management platforms.

By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond regarding the service, consultation, review, application, document, or question you submitted. Communications may occur by email, telephone, scheduled video meeting, or another method you request or authorize.

Submitting an inquiry does not require us to accept an engagement, provide a free analysis, approve an application, offer a particular service, or respond within a particular period.

16. Text Messages and Telephone Communications

If you separately consent to receive text messages or telephone communications from Shipping Store Consultants, we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, appointment, requested service, application process, or relationship with us, consistent with the consent you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP or contacting us.

Mobile telephone opt-in data and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers or platform vendors as reasonably necessary to deliver communications, operate our services, or comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Privacy

Your use of this website and submission of personal or business information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Before submitting confidential financial, merchant-processing, buyer, seller, bookkeeping, or other sensitive information, please review that policy and any applicable service-specific disclosure or authorization.

18. Third-Party Websites, Platforms and Services

This website may contain links to, embed features from, or integrate with third-party websites, applications, forms, calendars, payment tools, electronic-signature providers, file-upload platforms, merchant processors, accounting platforms, industry organizations, carriers, governmental resources, or other services.

Third-party services are provided by parties other than Shipping Store Consultants and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, fees, approvals, requirements, and limitations. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, security, accuracy, decisions, products, agreements, or practices.

19. Industry References and Third-Party Names

The website may refer to carriers, postal programs, payment companies, trade associations, software platforms, service providers, industry organizations, or other third parties to describe experience, subject matter, services, or resources relevant to retail shipping store owners.

All third-party names, brands, marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, their appearance on this website does not mean they sponsor, endorse, own, control, or are affiliated with Shipping Store Consultants.

20. Testimonials and Results

The website may contain testimonials, endorsements, reviews, examples, illustrations, case-study concepts, or descriptions of prior experience. Testimonials reflect the experiences or views of the people or organizations providing them and do not guarantee that any client will achieve the same or a similar outcome.

Any business results, operating improvements, cost discussions, margin concepts, sale-readiness discussions, processing reviews, or examples described on the website are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

21. Availability, Accuracy and Changes to Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and useful. However, content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete descriptions. We may update, remove, suspend, or discontinue content, resources, features, service descriptions, pricing references, forms, programs, offers, articles, or links at any time without notice.

Information concerning postal rules, carriers, merchant processing, vendors, software, laws, regulations, fees, or third-party programs may change independently of Shipping Store Consultants. Confirm current requirements and terms before making business decisions based on website information.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and all information, materials, forms, resources, links, features, downloads, and content made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Shipping Store Consultants makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, regarding the availability, operation, accuracy, completeness, reliability, usefulness, security, or timeliness of the website; the results of using website information; suitability of any service; operation of third-party services; or any particular financial, operational, regulatory, merchant-processing, buyer, seller, valuation, or business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shipping Store Consultants and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, business value, or operational continuity, arising out of or relating to your use of or reliance on this website; any inquiry, submission, upload, communication, or scheduling request; any third-party platform or provider; or any technical problem, delay, interruption, security incident, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising solely from your use of the website, excluding any separate signed service agreement, will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shipping Store Consultants and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms; unlawful or unauthorized website use; information or documents submitted without authority; infringement of any right; fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate submissions; or misuse of website content, resources, forms, services, or communications.

25. Copyright Concerns

If you believe material appearing on this website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us using the information below and identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location on our website, your contact information, and the basis for your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content where appropriate.

26. Suspension or Termination of Website Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to this website or any feature, form, communication channel, download, or resource without prior notice if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or your conduct may expose us or others to legal, security, financial, operational, or reputational risk.

Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, confidentiality-related provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and general legal terms.

27. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, any legal action arising solely from these Terms or your use of this website must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking appropriate emergency or injunctive relief in a jurisdiction where such relief may be necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, data security, or legal rights.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to separate signed service agreements will be governed by the amendment provisions contained in those agreements and not merely by updates to this page.

29. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is determined invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified as necessary to reflect its intended purpose, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, change of control, affiliated business arrangement, or operation of law.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices expressly applicable to your use of this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shipping Store Consultants regarding your general use of the website.

These Terms do not replace or modify a separate signed agreement governing consulting services, bookkeeping services, CMRA-related support, merchant-processing services, buyer or seller engagements, confidential information, payment obligations, or other specialized services.
