What file will I need to provide?
The required file depends on your ShipRite product and version. After the intake and authorization steps, we will confirm whether a database backup or specific approved export is needed and provide private upload instructions.
Will this tell me my store’s true net profit?
Not by itself. ShipRite may contain sales and recorded cost information, but rent, payroll, insurance, utilities, taxes, owner compensation, and other expenses may live elsewhere. Those records can be reviewed separately when a fuller financial picture is needed.
Will customer information appear in my report?
The standard report is designed around summarized business findings. Customer-level information is excluded unless it is specifically needed, requested, and appropriate for an agreed analysis.
How quickly will I receive the analysis?
Our target is five business days after we receive a usable file. We will contact you promptly if the file is incomplete, incompatible, or requires a different export.
